Activeer uw LU-Card
Om de door u ontvangen LU-Card online te kunnen activeren moet u zich legitimeren. Hierbij heeft u de volgende zaken nodig:
- Uw LU-Card;
- De inloggegevens van uw ULCN-account;
- Uw geldige identiteitsbewijs;
- Een geschikte smartphone;
- De app ReadID Ready is geïnstalleerd op de smartphone.
Indien u niet beschikt over bovenstaande benodigdheden, kunt u uw LU-Card niet online activeren. Ga naar een LU-Card Steunpunt om uw LU-Card te laten activeren.
Activation of your LU-Card
To activate the LU-Card you received online, we ask you to verify your identity. Make sure you have the following at hand:
- Your LU-Card;
- Credentials of your ULCN-account;
- Your valid identity document;
- A suitable smartphone;
- The ReadID Ready app already installed on the smartphone.
If the above requirements are not met, you cannot verify your identity online. In that case, please visit a LU-Card Helpdesk to activate your LU-Card.
